Dalam episode Robere Talk kali ini, Robere & Associates membahas secara mendalam perbedaan antara Korupsi dan Fraud, dua istilah yang sering disalahartikan namun memiliki implikasi hukum, bisnis, dan kepatuhan yang sangat berbeda, terutama dalam penerapan ISO 37001 Sistem Manajemen Anti Penyuapan.

Banyak organisasi gagal dalam audit atau salah menerapkan pengendalian risiko karena tidak memahami perbedaan mendasar antara korupsi dan fraud. Padahal, ISO 37001 secara spesifik dirancang untuk mencegah penyuapan (bribery), bukan seluruh bentuk fraud.
