What Can Be Reported?
Reports may include, but are not limited to:
Fraud and financial misconduct
Unauthorized financial activities or fraudulent actions.
Bribery and corruption
Improper payments, gifts, or unethical influence.
Conflicts of interest
Personal interests affecting professional decisions.
Abuse of authority
Misuse of position, power, or responsibilities.
Violations of company policies
Actions inconsistent with company rules or standards.
Data misuse or confidentiality breaches
Unauthorized access, sharing, or misuse of information.
Discrimination or harassment
Unfair treatment, intimidation, or inappropriate behavior.
Regulatory or legal violations

All reports will be handled professionally, independently, and confidentially. Individuals who submit reports in good faith will be protected from retaliation, discrimination, or adverse consequences.
Anonymous reports may also be submitted where permitted by applicable regulations.
Important Notice
The Whistle Blowing System must not be used to submit false accusations, personal disputes, or misleading information. All reports are expected to be made responsibly and in good faith.
